    Products cannot be used, must be odor free & in original package with all tags attached. Quality examination will be applied once the returned product received.

    All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

    Refunds will be applied to the original payment used to purchase the item(s).

    Please contact our customer service within 14 days after successful delivery date from order tracking page and allow 3-14 business days for processing.

    All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, we will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Then you need to sign the form and ship the item within 1 week. Returned items without a corresponding RMA form and/or not matching the requirements listed above will not be accepted.

    Customer is responsible for all custom clearance & tariff issues. Custom clearance & tariff are uncontrollable factors and it will delay the shipping process or detain your order. You may pay extra money to custom if your order is detained. Returns will not be accepted if these issues occur.

    Returns will also not be accepted for following issues:

    Delayed delivery caused by customers. Such as wrong address, wrong phone number and other situations that courier company or post office can't contact customers.



    One time exchange is allowed for each product.

    Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.

    You must return the product within 14 days after receiving it. Before that, you need to contact our customer support service and we'll assist you.

    You are responsible for all exchange shipping fee, including the fee we ship the exchange item.

    You may pay additional amount according to the exchange item price. If the exchange item costs less, we'll refund you the difference amount.

    Costumes, hoodies, and cosplay props cannot be exchanged or returned, because they are customized.



    No fee will be applied for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.

    Any cancellation on orders placed after 24 hours can not be cancelled.
